Poltava is a large Ukrainian city in which almost 300,000 people live as of 2023. Numerous medical institutions, including the "2nd City Clinical Hospital of the Poltava City Council" (2nd CCH of the PCC), are responsible for the health of the citizens.
"2nd City Clinical Hospital of PCC" is a multidisciplinary medical institution that provides specialized inpatient and outpatient polyclinic care to the population of Poltava. In September of this year, the first minimally invasive surgery department in the Poltava region opened in the hospital. A new structural unit was opened on the basis of the hospital's surgical department, which treats patients with severe mine and explosive injuries by the method of vacuum wound therapy. To carry out this therapy, the hospital needed special medical equipment.
After receiving a request for needs, the "Healthy Future" Charitable Foundation handed over to the surgical department of the 2nd CCH of the PCC:
- Device for treating wounds with negative pressure NP-100 – 4 pcs.
- Negative pressure wound therapy canister CS 300 (drainage container) – 200 pcs.
- Negative pressure wound therapy dressing kit NPWT-1-260A – 200 pcs.
We sincerely wish the doctors of the "2nd City Clinical Hospital of the Poltava City Council" good health and success in their daily hard work. We hope that the provided medical equipment will help return an even greater number of patients to normal life.
