"City Clinical Hospital No. 2 named after Professor O.O. Shalimov" is one of the first hospitals in Kharkiv. It was started almost 125 years ago. Over the years of its existence, the medical institution has turned into a powerful clinical hospital with a mixed polyclinic, a large number of health centers, medical clinics.

During the year, more than 4,000 operations are performed at the hospital, of which more than 80% are operations of high complexity, including diabetic foot operations and minimally invasive surgical interventions. On the basis of the departments of endocrinology and purulent surgery, a unique center "Diabetic Foot" was created in the hospital, which provides highly qualified medical assistance to patients with type I and II diabetes.

Doctors of " City Clinical Hospital No. 2 named after Professor O.O. Shalimov" have extensive experience in treating patients with severe injuries that do not heal for a long time.
