The orphanage is home to 150 children aged 4 to 18. The main diagnosis is various degrees of mental retardation, most children are orphans, some, not surprisingly, are saved from the cruelty and abuse of their own parents.
Many children in orphanages have limited mobility, so orthopedic seat cushions are the best choice for children with disabilities who are forced to move in wheelchairs.
The Healthy Future Charitable Foundation together with Permobil donated a batch of orthopedic wheelchair pillows to the orphanage. Such pillows will help in the formation of proper posture, as well as in the prevention and treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system.
